- To develop and improve the intellects of women whether they are from rural areas or urban.
- Encourage women to be self-employed and self-dependent.
Our Philosophy
“CHALO GAON CHALEN”
In the beginning four focal points of service are taken- (Later on, we will enhance our activities.)
1-Health & hygiene – Eye care, then other medical needs & personal hygiene specially hand wash-sanitation, clean village, campaign, temporary toilets encouraged them to make temporary toilets in place of going to make permanent toilets. Discussed the proper way of sewage & drainage system.
2-Awareness on Social issues– Village rights & responsible, Save the water, environment Save the girl child, adolescence etc.
3-Education & Value addition– focus on improvement in the education (formal & informal) of the children & of adults from thumb impression to signature campaign, various basic human values, teach them the art and joy of giving interpersonal relationship ,leadership developments, goal setting etc.
4-Skill development– Use of technology for better crops, focus on utilization of time & exploration of various types of job opportunities. Through enhancing various skills rather than formula education for obtaining degrees only through organizing healthy competitions for youth like debates, public speaking, group discussion & open forum for all.
